As a Key Account Manager (KAM) specializing in Omni Channel Sales, you will occupy a pivotal and dynamic role within our organization. Combining exceptional commercial acumen with an extensive grasp of consumer journeys across both online and offline platforms, you will be entrusted with overseeing our key accounts' strategic and tactical activities. With an unwavering commitment to driving revenue growth, fostering lasting relationships, and comprehending the convergence of beauty and tech, you will play an integral role in shaping our success.

In this influential role, you will serve as a dynamic team player, collaboratively working across functions to achieve optimal collaborations. As the orchestrator of our key account strategies, you will align consumer journeys with our brand's overarching goals. From strategic blueprints to hands-on execution, you will harness your multifaceted talents to drive revenue growth, foster enduring relationships, and deeply comprehend the interplay between beauty and tech. Your commitment to creating synergy among diverse teams will be pivotal in shaping our collective success. Your financial mastery will shine as you take on full P&L responsibility, envisioning trends, forecasting, and crafting sophisticated sales-related financial models.
Your collaborative ecosystem:
★ Collaborate closely with the Campaign manager to synchronize the alignment of our key account strategies with broader brand campaigns
★ Partner with the Content & SOME manager to craft compelling narratives that relate to our key accounts' consumer journeys
★ Join forces with the band Brand Partnership & PR Manager to maximize the
visibility and impact of our key account relationships
★ Collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Experience and education to ensure that our key accounts receive unparalleled support and education
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic Key Account Management:
★ Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for key accounts, aligning with brand objectives and driving revenue growth
★ Oversee the complete account cycle, from planning to execution, fostering
enduring relationships and mutual success
★ Excel in relationship building and negotiation, ensuring that partnerships are
mutually beneficial and thriving
★ Optimize consumer journeys and elevate the customer experience
Financial Modeling and P&L Oversight:
★ Take charge of financial modeling, including trends, forecasts, and intricate sales-related financial analyses. This includes calculations desired based on all aspects of the collaboration with our vendors. Working with data from different sources
★ Assume full P&L responsibility for key accounts, managing profitability and sustainable growth
★ Estimate the ROI and other key metrics on any trade marketing activities with our partners
Strategic and Operational Agility:
★ Effortlessly toggle between strategic planning and operational implementation, providing dynamic support as needed
★ Collaborating closely with operations to ensure efficient shipping, order handling, and automation
