Your Unified Contribution:
As the Product Developer for self-tanning and skincare products, you will play a pivotal and dynamic role within our organization. In addition to your responsibilities in product development, portfolio strategy, and innovation, you will lead in ensuring regulatory compliance across all our product offerings. This multifaceted role emphasizes not only pioneering new products but also guaranteeing that they are of the best quality and fully compliant with industry regulations. To excel in this role, you must be self-motivated and capable of independently driving projects from conception to completion, ensuring both innovation and compliance are at the forefront of your endeavors.

Your collaborative ecosystem:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, primarily with Marketing and Supply Chain to align product development strategies with broader brand objectives. Utilize industry knowledge and trends to optimize product strategies, ensuring they cater to the evolving needs of our customers across self-tanning, SPF, and skincare. Engage closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and third parties to maintain strong working relationships and maximize product quality and innovation.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Assortment Portfolio Strategy:
Assess the current assortment portfolio, encompassing self-tanning, SPF, skincare products, and accessories. Present a comprehensive strategy for the category, including potential expansion areas based on market trends and consumer demands.

Product Development:
Drive product development efforts to incorporate cutting-edge technologies and ingredients that redefine industry standards. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to explore novel materials and processes.

Compliance Strategy:
Conduct thorough assessments of regulatory requirements relevant to the development and launch of self-tanning and skincare products. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and standards within the beauty industry, both at a local and international level.

Innovation Leadership:
Champion a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging teams to explore new ideas, technologies, and methodologies. Stay at the forefront of beauty tech trends, identifying opportunities for disruptive innovation in self-tanning, SPF, and skincare.

Project Management:
Manage project timelines and budgets for innovative product development, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within specified parameters, with compliance at the forefront. Provide regular updates on project progress, emphasizing the milestones achieved.

Budget Management:
Allocate budgets strategically to support the development and integration of innovative technologies and ingredients while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications:
★Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
★Strong knowledge of skincare formulation, ingredient functionality, and sunscreen technology
★Interest in beauty tech
★Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for skincare and self-tanning products
★Excellent project management, administration,  and communication skills
★Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation
★Attention to detail and a commitment to product quality and safety
